Evaluation
Take photos and measurements of the damages as they are now. Gather evidence required for justification during the insurance process.
2

Authorization
An authorization form sent to you electronically will require your signature. This will allow us to communicate with your insurance adjuster.

Development
Our estimator will write a full and comprehensive scope of work that we know will get you back to what the insurance references as “pre-loss condition.” The scope is submitted to your insurance for approval along with the authorization form and the photos. In the likely event that your adjuster has questions the estimator will explain and elaborate to move forward to agreement.
4

Agreement & Contract
You will receive a contract that will reflect the dollar amount that your insurance has agreed to. An electronic signature is required to move forward with the next step. Prior to scheduling, a deposit payment is collected.
5

Planning & Execution
This step will include materials selections, scheduling, and assembly of teams. Change orders may be requested and signed off. The execution of the project will be done efficiently and satisfactorily.
6

Completion
A “Certificate of Completion” will be sent to you for electronic signing. The completed document will be sent to your insurance along with final invoicing. Final payment due upon completion.
